Wishing you a good end to July and beginning of August to come! Lots to share with you this week.

Upcoming Services/Happenings of Note:

🥩Men’s T-Bone Thursday will be held on Thursday August 7th. All men of the church are welcome at our steak night, so bring your protein of choice and join us for an evening of fellowship. Please note that we will be starting a little earlier at 5.30 PM.

🃏Game Night is happening on Wednesday August 20th at 6pm. Join us in the Parish Hall for an evening of laughter, snacks, and good old-fashioned fun!

🚑Blue Mass and🩸Blood Drive will take place on Sunday September 7th. Join us at 10:00 AM for St. Paul’s 7th Annual Blue Mass honoring Gadsden County’s First Responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, and EMTs. A special community luncheon will follow the service, offering a time for gratitude and fellowship. OneBlood’s Big Red Bus will be on-site, so please consider donating in honor of those who serve. All are welcome to attend and show support for our community’s everyday heroes. For more information, view the Blue Mass Flyer.

Morning Prayer - Join us Monday through Saturday at 8 am.

Bible Study is each Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the Parish Hall and our books for study are available as we move through Nehemiah. Please reach out to Mother Tanya for more details via the contact information below on the page.

Midweek Eucharist is on July 30th at Noon.

Sunday Morning Study Group continues this Sunday at 8:30 AM. Grab a cup of coffee and join our regulars in The Parish Hall for conversation and prayer. Eucharist service follows at 10 am.

St. Paul’s has been designated as a potential emergency shelter by the American Red Cross.

To prepare, we’re looking for volunteers to attend a Shelter Heroes training session on Saturday, August 16. from 9 am to 4 pm in The Parish Hall. Your participation would be appreciated. Email Kathy.bland3@redcross.org or view the flyer for information on joining.

Capital Project Update: 2025

Our capital project for 2025 will be to replace the original windows from the 1950's that were the idea of Rev. Bob Parks vision for St. Paul's in our Parish hall, and other exteriors including the offices. The cost is expected to be between $15k and $18k. We are not doing a formal capital campaign this year but if you feel led to make a donation, please write "capital fund" or "window fund" on your check and mail it to the church or put it in the collection plate. It is our hope to count all donations by Sunday August 17th.

SPEC Ministry

Thank you for all the recent donations! Please keep them coming and support this valuable ministry. Deliveries can be sent to the church or dropped off at St. Paul's during operating hours. Those in need can call the church for an appointment for pickup at 850-583-4440.
